This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies to purchases made on www.bricoflow.com (the “Website”) and is issued in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in Italian law, and other applicable consumer protection regulations.

This Right of Withdrawal Policy applies exclusively to consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
It does not apply to purchases made by businesses or professionals (B2B transactions), unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason and without incurring penalties, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires:
14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods, or
In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, 14 days from the day of receipt of the last item, or
In the case of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, 14 days from the day of receipt of the final lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Weprod S.R.L. of their decision before the withdrawal period expires by means of a clear and unequivocal statement.

The request must include:
Order number
Name and surname of the consumer
Email address used for the purchase
Clear declaration of intent to withdraw
If the consumer withdraws from the contract:
All payments received for the withdrawn products will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from the consumer’s choice of a non-standard delivery method).
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller is informed of the withdrawal.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No additional fees will be charged to the consumer for the refund.
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
Goods must be returned to the address provided by customer service upon request.
Returned goods must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
Not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise stated:
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer
The consumer assumes responsibility for loss or damage during return shipment
The seller recommends using a traceable shipping service.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:
Customized or personalized products
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, once performance has begun with consumer consent
In the case of orders containing multiple products, the right of withdrawal may be exercised only for certain items, provided that such items meet the conditions described in this policy.
Withdrawals submitted after the expiration of the withdrawal period, or returns that do not comply with this policy, may be rejected.
In such cases, the goods may be returned to the consumer at their expense.
If returned goods are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of improper use, the seller reserves the right to:
Reduce the refund amount proportionally, or
Refuse the refund altogether
This policy does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding:
Legal warranty of conformity
Defective or non-conforming goods
Such rights remain fully applicable.
The seller reserves the right to suspend or refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent behavior, or excessive return activity, in compliance with applicable law.
Weprod S.R.L. reserves the right to amend this Right of Withdrawal Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of publication.
